What Happens When the Weather Gets Bad
Parents of Williamson County Schools students will receive school closure notifications by phone, social media and email.
The district aims to notify parents and staff members of delays and cancellations by 9 p.m. the night before. If not possible, the district will begin calling homes as early as 5:30 a.m. the morning of the day school is closed.
Parents will be called only at the main number on file in the phone notification system. If school is dismissed during the day, parents will receive calls at all of the phone numbers on file.
If parents use extended care at their elementary school, snow day plans will be communicated through that program.
