  • Zoom issues are often caused by internet connection issues. Please follow the directions below to help solve the issue.

    How to automatically connect to network:
    1. Connect to Wi-Fi network
    2. Select the time icon in bottom right
    3. Select settings
    4. In network, select the Wi-Fi network
    5. Turn on automatically connect

    How to select preferred network:
    1. Connect to Wi-Fi network
    2. Select the time icon in bottom right
    3. Select settings
    4. In network, select the Wi-Fi network
    5. Turn on prefer this network.
