Sunset Stallions
Sunset Elementary School is part of the Williamson County School District in Middle Tennessee and is located about 20 minutes south of Nashville, TN. Our district is a large area consisting of 562 square miles. Sunset Elementary sits on 10 acres.Our school houses Kindergarten through 5th grade. The school provides safe facilities along with an excellent learning environment.
Since the fall of 2005, Sunset Elementary School has maintained the tradition of outstanding Academic, Art, and Athletic programs and continues to be nationally ranked.

Directions
NORTH -Take I-65 South to Exit 71 (Concord Road). Take Concord Road heading East (you’ll drive past a YMCA almost immediately). Travel about 5 ½ miles to Sunset Road. Turn right on Sunset Road. Travel about 3 ½ miles. The entrance to the school will be on the left and is marked with a sign for both Sunset Elementary and Sunset Middle. (There are two drives separated by a grassy median with street lights. One drive takes you in, the other takes you out). If you get to Nolensville Road (the Rec Center will be in front of you), you’ve gone too far.

It is the mission of Sunset Elementary School to achieve high levels of learning for each student.

Our History
Sunset Elementary opened its doors on August 15, 2005, providing service to 695 students and 36 children in the Early Childhood program. It also provided classrooms for the first sixth-grade class and staff for Sunset Middle School until the middle school moved completely in January 2006.

Sunset Stallions
The Sunset Stallions are a group of faculty, staff, students, parents, and community members that come together daily with a common goal in mind. We wear our blue and orange as we learn and grow as a family. Together we collaborate to grow not only as learners, but as members of our community as well. Through love and support, Sunset Stallions are excelling everyday.
