SENIOR PICTURE INFORMATION
In preparation for the big senior year you’ve all been waiting for, there are a few things that need to be taken care of for the yearbook.
1. Schedule your portrait session. Remember that in the yearbook, seniors have a formal and casual photo included. Both of these can be taken by Prestige (which we recommend), but the formal one MUST be taken by Prestige. To schedule your photos:
1. Go online to www.prestigeportraits.com 2. Click on the “Our Locations Tab”
3. Choose the Franklin, TN locations
4. Choose in studio photography
5. Choose your date and time*Please note that questions or inquiries should be sent to LifetouchNashville@lifetouch.com. The is no operational phone line at this time.
*The Prestige Portrait Studio has moved to a new location in the Williamson Square Shopping Center in Franklin at 1113 Murfreesboro Road, Suite 203, Franklin TN 37064, behind the Franklin Chop House.
During this time, they are taking every precaution to ensure safety while taking your senior pictures. We want EVERY senior featured in our book, but the yearbook has strict publication deadlines.
Year after year, many wait until it’s too late to be included.
The deadline for having portraits taken is November 3, 2020.
If there is NO other option, there are scheduled makeup or retake days at Centennial on November 5th or 6th.2. Select your poses online and email any replacement casual photos. You will need to go online and select your yearbook poses on Prestige’s website.
The deadline to do so is November 20th.
The formal portrait must have the BLUE background and be portrait/vertical. If you would like to replace Prestige’s casual photo with one from a different professional photographer, you may do so.
The requirements for the casual photo are as follows:
● Must be taken by a professional photographer
● Must be in color (no black and white)
● Must be vertical/portrait
● Must be emailed to emily.harris@myplace.wcs.edu as a jpeg file.
● Must be submitted by November 20, 20203. Buy your yearbook at its lowest price. Yearbooks will be on sale when school starts at yearbookordercenter.com. Use order number 373. The price is at its lowest now - $90. The price will increase on October 1st.
4. Buy your baby ad at its lowest price. Baby ads will be on sale for the class of 2021 when school begins. We recommend taking advantage of early bird prices, eligible through September 11th. Forms will be distributed and will be available in the main office.
If you have any other questions, please reach out to the yearbook adviser, Ms. Emily Harris, by email at emily.harris@wcs.edu.
