• Our School

Heritage Elementary School is place where students can grow academically, artistically, and socially. We believe in the success of all of our students and value each one as an individual. At Heritage, we are more than just a school, we are a family.

    School History

Heritage Elementary School opened in 1999, and we are currently celebrating our twentieth year of serving students and the community. Our campus currently sits on 30 acres of beautiful land in the heart of historic Thompson’s Station. The school was named for the rich heritage of the Thompson’s Station area and also exemplifies the deep historical heritage of the United States of America.  Heritage Elementary School, Heritage Middle School, and Independence High School all have names that reflect how proud we are to live in the United States of America. Heritage Elementary has a student capacity of 805 students.

    • I will work with my group to get the job done.
  • Ernie

Ernie the Eagle is our mascot. He can be found at Eagle Pride assemblies, Indy Night, and PTO events. He is always on the lookout for students that are meeting our Eagle Expectations. Sometimes he even dresses up!
