    Under the Lights is Saturday, September 24, 2022. The Homecoming Dance will take place in the FHS Commons from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance at GoFan.co. Ticket prices during the week of September 18 – 23, 2022 are $15 dollars per person. At the door, tickets will be $20 dollars per person. Cash will be accepted at the door. Do not activate tickets from GoFan.co in advance. The Homecoming Court will be announced at the dance.

    Homecoming Week is Monday, September 26 – Friday, September 30, 2022. The theme this year is “We Built This City”. The annual parade will take place in downtown Franklin on Friday at 10:20 AM. Immediately after the parade, the pep rally will be held in the football stadium. Food trucks will be available. Games and events will include powder puff football, outdoor inflatables and games, volleyball and dodgeball tournaments, team trivia, karaoke, and board games. Dress-Up Days: Monday is Heroes vs. Villains, Tuesday is PJ vs. Professional, Wednesday is Country vs. Country Club. Thursday is Surfers vs. Bikers. Friday will be Grade Level Colors. Seniors – Maroon, Juniors – White, Sophomores – Grey, Freshmen – Black. Grade level float builds take place from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM each evening from Sunday, September 25 through Thursday, September 29, 2022.

    Homecoming Game is Friday, September 30, 2022. The game will start at 7:00 PM.

    Senior ACT Day is October 4, 2022.

    Parent Teacher Conferences is October 11, 2022. Teachers will set up conference schedules and send out links so that parents may sign-up. 

    Fall Break. There will be no school for students the week of October 10 – 14, 2022.

    Athletic Event Tickets. Purchase tickets for all home games from GoFan.co 

    WCS COVID Information. Students and parents should check out WCS COVID webpage for updated information about COVID-19 information from current FAQs, weekly numbers by school, links to statewide information and more. 

  • Checkpoint Driver Safety Classes

    To park on campus, students must have a driver’s license and attend an in-person Checkpoint Driver Safety Class. Dates for all classes are listed below.

    Students may apply for their parking pass once they complete a Checkpoint Driver Safety Class. Students who previously completed a class do not need to take it again. 

    Classes will start at 6:30 PM in the cafeteria. There is no need to pre-register for the class.
