    Upcoming Events

    Drive Away Hunger Food Drive Challenge. Sept. 6th-23rd. Collections of non-perishable items or donations will be collected and given to Graceworks. 

    College Application week; Sept. 19th-23rd. 

    HOSA Blood Drive Sept. 22nd. 

    The optional PSAT for 9th-11th grades will be given on October 25th during the school day.   

    CheckPoints Driving Course

    Williamson County Schools requires that all NEW drivers attend and complete the CheckPoints Driving course PRIOR to driving on campus. The purpose of this course is to inform parents/students of ways to prevent distracting behaviors while driving and reduce the risk of accidents. This summer, Fairview High School will offer three dates for this course. The course will begin at 6 pm in the Media Center. Students must have a parent/guardian in attendance. The course lasts one hour. If a student has previously attended a CheckPoints course, they do not have to attend this year.

    Fairview High School will offer Check Points training for new drivers on the following dates this semester:

  • Homecoming 2022 is September 30th. The theme is Disney. 


    Everyone in town looks forward to our annual Homecoming Parade! The parade will start around 12:30 PM on Friday, September 30th at the Fairview Ball Park on HWY 96 and will end at FHS.


    The Powderpuff Football game is a fun way to kick off Homecoming Day! Powderpuff will be open to the public on Friday, September 30th and will start at 9:00 AM. Dances will be between the games. Admission is $2.00 per person. Our JTG classes will be running the concession stand, so make sure you have cash on hand to purchase yummy snacks.


    Fairview area businesses, this is your opportunity to show your Jacket pride by decorating your door! Judging will take place on Thursday, September 29th, starting at 4:00 PM and the winning business will be awarded their very own Yellow Jacket Spirit Stick! Please email Kyle Castles, kyle.castles@wcs.edu to let him know that your business is participating so that your door can be admired by our judges. Let’s paint Fairview black and yellow!


    Join us on Friday, September 30th at 7:00 PM as the Yellow Jackets take on White House under our Friday Night Lights! This is such a fun time to catch up with former classmates and old friends and cheer for our favorite team! Bring the whole family for a night of fun! Tickets may be purchased online at GoFan. The 2022 Homecoming Queen will be crowned at half time. The Fairview High Sound O’ Gold Marching Band will also be performing for your half-time entertainment! Wear black and yellow and cheer our football team on to victory!
