A Message from our Administration

A Message from our Mr. Oakley, Principal at FES

Greetings Fairview Hawks and welcome to the 2018-2019 school year. It is an honor to serve as principal of Fairview Elementary School and have the opportunity to work in the Fairview community.

Fairview Elementary is a family, whose primary focus is educating the whole child and academic excellence. We believe it is important to instill a love of learning at the elementary level as it sets a strong foundation for children in their long-term education.

We would like to encourage parents to get involved by joining our PTO, volunteering to help with school events/activities, and taking an active role in your child’s education as a whole. Please remember that we are here to help your child be successful and grow. Don’t hesitate to reach out if there is ever anything we can do to be helpful.

Onward, Upward, Higher & Higher!

A Message from Dr. Bullard, Assistant Principal at FES

Hello Fairview Elementary Hawks! I am excited to begin a new school year and want to welcome all our new families and students. I hope that you will feel a part of this school family as soon as you walk in our front doors. Please join us in making this year a happy, productive learning year for all our students.

Educating children has been a part of my life now for about 23 years. I have taught in the Republic of the Philippines and Tennessee. Previously, I taught 5th grade, special education, and English as a Second Language. I served as the ESL Supervisor in WCS prior to my move to Fairview Elementary. I truly love this school and being a part of this wonderful community.

At FES, we are committed to the growth of every child, and we will work very hard to make sure your child has a positive and rewarding learning experience. Please communicate often with your child’s teacher, and ask your child every day to tell you something that he/she learned. Also, please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns, or suggestions. I welcome your input into our learning community and look forward to a great year.
