Track & Field Conditioning/Try-outs: Conditioning for track tryouts will begin Wednesday, February 13th. From 3-4:15pm. We will have 1-2 weeks of conditioning before the try-out date. All grade levels are welcome to attend conditioning. It is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged. A final tryout date will be announced next week (date will be determined based on upcoming weather) Please make sure you bring appropriate shoes, clothing, and a water bottle with you if you plan to attend.

8TH GRADE ADS-8th grade recognition ads must be purchased by Monday, February 11th. This is a hard deadline.
Final day to order is Monday and no late ad orders will be accepted.
6th Grade- Info was sent home and emailed regarding the Nacome trip. Please return form selecting whether your child will or will not attend. If your child is attending, the deposit is due by Feb 22nd.
The baseball team is having a tumbler fundraiser. Tumblers range in size and price. If you are interested, contact an FMS baseball player to order.
Valentine’s Day Dance is Tonight!
$12 includes nacho bar and drink.
Additional concessions will be sold.
Student Council is selling Candy Grams and Rose Wishes during lunches. The cost is $3 per rose wish and $1 per candy gram. All orders will be delivered on Valentine’s Day.
Fishing Club & Wildlife and Forestry Club will have the next meeting on Tuesday 2/12 from 3-5pm. This will be a hands-on presentation by an experienced Angler, Mr. Gibby.
This meeting is open to current club members and anyone interested in joining 4-H.
New Fishing club meeting dates have been posted on the bulletin board and in the cafeteria scrolling announcements.
Spring Sports Pictures
February 13th– Spring Sports Pictures (During RA classes)
Picture order forms will go home on Monday to all Spring Sport athletes.
*This will not include track*
Spring portraits- Open to all grades
If you would like to have a Spring Portrait Picture taken on Wednesday, February 13th
Order Forms are available in the office or at lunch.
These photos will only be taken 1st through 3rd periods and you must sign up for a Spring Portrait in order to take a photo that day.

The Fairview High School PTO is bringing the Harlem Wizards back for another epic basketball show! They’ll be going up against our home town team, the Fairview Fury, made up of our teachers, school staff and administrators and community members. Tickets for this family fun event are on sale now at Apex Bank, First Bank, Goin’ Postal Fairview and online at https://www.harlemwizards.com. Courtside and Wiz Kid experience sold online only. Get your tickets now before they sell out! Game is Sunday, March 10 at 2:30pm.
