Extracurricular Activities

Many exciting activities, events and programs take place throughout the year at Grassland Elementary School. Check out the many ways that your kids can get involved!

Before & After School Activities

For student athletes transitioning to middle school, please visit the WCS Interscholastic Athletics page (WCS Website) for information and all required forms needed to be eligible for tryouts and participation in athletic programs or activities.

Parents of Rising 6th Grade Student-Athletes:

The Williamson County Schools Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students as well as receive timely, streamlined communication from coaches. This system is for all WMAA sanctioned sports within WCS. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice!

We are asking that ALL parents of athletes use FinalForms to electronically complete ATHLETIC paperwork!  Expect a confirmation email from FinalForms giving you access to your student.

FinalForms Instructions

Previous service projects include our annual Kids Care Drive to collect toiletries for Williamson County Schools social workers to distribute to WCS families, Feed America First food drives, and collecting pet supplies to donate to the Williamson County Animal Center.
