Now that Spring Break is
over, it's back to business as usual. This is always an
active time of year for Williamson County Schools.
Whether it's prom, ACT exams or team sports, it seems
everyone is staying busy. In this issue of IN
FOCUS you'll find plenty of stories including a
look at how some students are preparing for the TCAP
exam with a fun game called
FRIDAYS. Plus, we'll show you why more and
more elementary schools are looking to teach students
all about the sport of

a DIRECTOR OF SCHOOLS and a preview of this year's
awards ceremony which honors Williamson County School's top volunteers.
Plus, we'll explain how the district is SAVING THOUSANDS of dollars by
following a few simple rules. And dozens of WCS employees will be eligible
for TENURE after the school year. Find out which educators are set
to receive this special honor.
