Students in the Panthers Care group at Pearre Creek Elementary are using their voices to spread some holiday cheer.
On December 12, students in third through fifth grades traveled to Morning Pointe in Franklin, Tennessee, to treat the residents to classic Christmas carols, including Jingle Bells, Frosty the Snowman and Jingle Bell Rock.
The PCES Panthers Care students have gone caroling for several years, but this was only their second time performing at Morning Pointe.
“We performed last year for Christmas and we have winter programs, so we do a lot of those same songs,” said fifth graders Hannah Lassiter, Kacy Killian and Mary Cole Mattox. “It was a lot of fun.”
