Summit High School is opening its doors November 7 to veterans, families and community members.

For the second year in a row, Summit High will host a recognition ceremony to thank veterans for their service. All of the fine arts programs at the school will perform in honor of the veterans in the Middle Tennessee area.

“Last year was our first year, and we had standing room only in the auditorium,” said SHS theater director Annie Rice. “We want just as big a crowd, if not bigger, as we had last year.”

A reception will begin at 6 p.m., and the program will begin at 7 p.m. Summit High School is located at 2830 Twin Lakes Dr. in Spring Hill.
