The district and several outside agencies are continuing to provide food to families in Williamson County.

WCS and One Generation Away will host a Mobile Food Pantry at Westwood Elementary on Saturday, April 18, beginning at 10 a.m. Another food pantry will be hosted by the district and the Well Outreach at Chapman’s Retreat Elementary on Saturday at 10 a.m. Both locations will distribute food to families until the supply runs out. Volunteers will bring the food directly to the family’s vehicle.

Franklin Special Schools District is changing its distribution schedule. FSSD is offering free breakfast and lunch using a drive-thru system, which will enable families to pick up meals for children 18 and under, on Mondays and Thursdays only. Meals may be picked up at Liberty Elementary or Poplar Grove School from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. If you are unable to pick up meals at the drive-thru locations, there are several delivery locations available.

More information about delivery locations and additional food distributions opportunities are available on the WCS Food Distribution page.
