We are the Kenrose Cardinals!

The Kenrose family is made of a strong group of students, faculty, staff, administrators, parents, and community.  We wear red and white and cheer on our mascot, the cardinal!  Our close proximity both within school walls and within the community creates a neighborhood of love, support, and pride!

The History of Kenrose

Kenrose Elementary School, established in the fall of 1999, is a public elementary school tucked away between farmland and surrounding neighborhoods in Brentwood, Tennessee.  The land on which Kenrose was built was sold by the Kennon family for the sole purpose of building an elementary school.  Thus the name Kenrose was chosen to honor Emmett Kennon’s wife, Rose, and the Kennon family.  Our school serves Kindergarten through 5th grade students.  We offer programs such as 4-H and Chorus.  Our children also participate in Art, Music, P.E. , Health, Library, and Guidance.
