Tryout info

 

New information for Cross Country

*** This team will be holding tryouts.***

Tryouts will consist of 3 timed runs.

Boys must be at 14:00 minutes or under taking up to 40 runners for the team

Girls must be at 15:00 minutes or under taking up to 40 runners for the team

 

All forms will need to be put into Final Forms ( our online forms website) a hard copy of your physical is the only paper to be turned into the coach everything else will be online.

 

Training over the summer will be done individually as there will be no July runs.
