Employment Verification

NOT FOR EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE VERIFICATION

Williamson County Schools is dedicated to protecting the privacy and security of our employees' personal information. To ensure this information is handled appropriately, we use Verifent to process all Verification of Employment (VOE) and Verification of Income (VOI) requests submitted by third-party financial institutions.

Verifent provides verification services only when a legitimate business need and a valid permissible purpose exist, as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). All verifiers seeking employment and/or income information for Williamson County Schools employees must submit their requests through Verifent.

To Submit a Verification Request

1.      Visit Commercial Verifier Registration

2.      Click Verifier to log in. New users will need to register and create an account.

3.      When prompted, enter our organization code: FA3E58

4.      Be prepared to provide the employee's date of birth and the last four digits of their Social Security number.
