Arrington Elementary

Project Description

Williamson County purchased property in the Triune area to build an elementary school to relieve overcrowding at schools in the eastern portion of the county. The property purchased includes enough space for both an elementary school and a future middle school. The architectural design follows the prototype utilized by the District since 2007 starting with Longview and Nolensville Elementary Schools and most recently with Creekside Elementary School. The school is a two-story building, with approximately 121,000 SF.

Key Dates:

• Bids were opened on March 3, 2022, and a contract was awarded to Robert S. Biscan & Co.
• The Notice to Proceed with construction was issued on April 15, 2022.
• Construction is expected to be completed before July 2023 with the school becoming operational for the 2023-24 school year.
• The State Fire Marshal issued a Certificate of Occupancy on August 10, 2023.
• Staff and students are currently occupying the building and the contractor is completing punchlist items.
