Page High School Phase III
Project Description:
The original construction of Page High School dates back to 1974 with multiple renovations and additions throughout the 1980s and 90s. This is the third phase of a four-phase recapitalization project to replace and expand the capacity of Page High School. Phase I improvements included infrastructure upgrades and turf replacement of the multi-purpose athletic field. Phase II construction added the first of two three-story buildings. The 102,000 Phase II building was completed in 2021. Phase III recapitalizes more classrooms, labs, offices, Kitchen/Cafeteria, Band, and JROTC areas. Phase III will construct a three-story building with approximately 101,000 SF.

Key Dates:
- Bids were opened on November 4, 2021, and a contract was awarded to RG Anderson Company, Inc.
- The Notice to Proceed with construction was issued on December 20, 2021.
- Construction is expected to be completed before June 2023 with the school becoming operational for the 2023-24 school year.
- The State Fire Marshal issued a Certificate of Occupancy on June 26, 2023.
- Staff and students are currently occupying the building and the project is now Substantially Complete.
