Page High School Phase IV

Project Description:

The original construction of Page High School dates back to 1974 with multiple renovations and additions throughout the 1980s and 90s. This is the final construction phase of a four-phase recapitalization project to replace and expand the capacity of Phase High School. Phase I improvements included infrastructure upgrades and turf replacement of the multi-purpose athletic field. Phase II construction added the first of two three-story buildings. The 102,000 SF Phase II building was completed in 2021. Phase III construction recapitalized more classrooms, labs, offices, kitchen/cafeteria, band, and JROTC areas. The 101,000 SF Phase III building was completed in 2023.

The Phase IV project will include a new Main Gymnasium, a weight room, marketing classrooms, and new PE and athletic locker rooms. The Ringstaff Gym will remain and serve as the auxiliary gymnasium. Additionally, the tennis courts between the Ringstaff Gym and the football stadium will be reconstructed west of the softball field. Five new courts will be constructed, giving Page a total of six courts on campus.

Key Dates:

• Bids were opened on May 24, 2023, and a contract was awarded to RG Anderson Company, Inc.
• The Notice to Proceed with construction was issued on August 8, 2023.
• Construction is expected to be completed by February 2025 with the school becoming operational for the 2025-26 school year.
