Bullying Stops Here!
Williamson County Schools is committed in its fight against bullying. In the 2013-2014 School year the district unveiled a new anti-bullying tip line. Parents and students are encouraged to call the tip line if they have witnessed or know of instances of bullying. The toll free number is 1-855-284-0669. Incidents can also be reported via email.
As always, students or parents who have been bullied or witnessed bullying should immediately report such incidents to the school principal.
Williamson County Schools is continuing its fight against bullying with the help of a video series starring WCS students. Over the summer, the district enlisted the help of several BE NICE student ambassadors to tape three Public Service Announcements which are based on true stories from WCS students who have experienced bullying. The PSA’s are titled “Be a Friend, Step In” and can be seen below.
