The Williamson County School’s SACC (School Age Child Care) program is a year round program that provides extended care services for school aged children. SACC is offered at all Williamson County elementary schools.

Hours of Operation

WES SACC operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. during the school year at each elementary school.

Registration

The SACC Parent Portal (opens in a new window) is where parents can register for SACC, BASE Clubs, Full Days, and Drop-In days and make payments.

The Williamson County Schools SACC (School Age Child Care) Program is offered to WES students before and after school hours. While school is in session, SACC provides services from 6:30 am until 6:00 pm. This program provides a variety of activities for students. Students also have the opportunity to participate in the BASE Club program twice per year. BASE Club include various enrichment activities from cooking to gaming to art to guitar lessons and more.

WES SACC offers a Homework Club for students Monday through Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, starting August 22nd. Homework club provides a classroom setting with up to 20 students per adult to provide a quiet area for the completion of homework.

BASE clubs will provide opportunities for all students in the school to participate. BASE clubs focus on three areas of programming: Academics, Athletics and Arts. Morning and Afternoon rotations include computer lab, gym, and creative play, as well as outside play when weather permits. The WES SACC program will offer classes to registered SACC students at Westwood Elementary students this spring. The pdf file link below will tell you more about the WES SACC program. Sessions begin February 19 and run through April 27, unless otherwise noted. Registration begins January 29, 2018. In order to participate, your account must be paid in full, and payment for the club is due at the time of enrollment.

The Heroes of Summer SACC Day Camp registration will be available from February 19 – April 19, 2018. Each week campers will learn about character traits that their favorite super heroes exhibit. They will engage in learning activities to explore these character traits and will participate in camp-wide and age-level activities along with specialty enrichment activities. SACC Day Camp will run from May 29-August 2, 2018 at the following Elementary Schools: Allendale, Bethesda, Chapman’s Retreat, Clovercroft, College Grove, Crockett, Edmondson, Grassland, Heritage, Hunters Bend, Kenrose, Lipscomb, Longview, Mill Creek, Nolensville, Oak View, Pearre Creek, Sunset, Trinity, Westwood, and Winstead.
